Our Story

From Georgia to Montana

I grew up in a small town in Georgia, where good food meant more than just eating, it meant family, tradition, and taking care of the people around you. Some of my earliest memories are in my grandmother’s kitchen, learning the feel of real dough and the patience it takes to do things the right way. Her biscuit recipe wasn’t written down, it was taught by hand, by heart, and passed down with love.

Biscuit Bandits was built on that same foundation.

Every biscuit we serve is made completely from scratch using my grandmother’s recipe, no shortcuts, no processed ingredients, and nothing we wouldn’t proudly serve at our own family table. We source local products whenever possible and use simple, honest ingredients to create food that’s hearty, comforting, and full of soul.

What started as a Southern tradition has found a new home in Montana, where Biscuit Bandits now rides into town serving up a true taste of the South, hot, golden buttermilk biscuits made with grit, care, and a whole lot of heart. Our goal is simple: feed the community well, honor where we came from, and bring people together one biscuit at a time.
